Once your data is clean it's easy to spot missing information.  This could be address details such as salutation and first name, or alternative contact channels such as telephone and email, or even the new address for a gone away. Equally you may wish to append geo-demographics, lifestyle information or maybe transactional history from which to build your profiling, segmentation and targeting techniques.
