Luci Penn - Managing Director

Luci originally joined REaD UK in 2003.  As the company grew so did Luci's remit. She was tasked with setting up and managing the company's Project Development division with the objective of ensuring that the standards of day-to-day excellence were consistently upheld.

Following the group restructure in January 2009, Luci was appointed Managing Director of REaD UK. Her overriding aim is to maintain and enhance the corporate values, integrity and data excellence of the company.

Richard Anderson - Business Development Director

Richard joined REaD UK in 2001 as a Business Development Manager. He was instrumental in setting up and developing the B2B suppression services, including The Business Suppression File (BSF). Richard has extensive experience managing client and bureau accounts and advising on best practice. 

Appointed to Business Development Director in January 2009, Richard is focused on driving the continued success of the company's suppression, integrity and enhancement business, helping clients ensure their marketing data remains as accurate and responsive as possible.

Jon Bland - Sales Manager

Jon has worked as part of the sales team with REaD UK for over 6 years - for the past 3 years as Bureau Manager before recently being appointed Senior Business Development Manager for consumer products. 

As Bureau Manager, Jon gained extensive insight into the demands clients make on their bureau and in turn how the bureau responds.  As such he is well placed to offer insight and advice to both end user clients and our reseller network of bureaux.
